Paula Phelan Ph.D. is author of the award winning 1919-Misfortune's End. She is the recipient of the Writer's Guild Persie Award for her short stories. Her nonfiction writing appears internationally in management publications and technology journals. Ms. Phelan balances her role as president and CEO of one of the largest public relations firms in Northern California with her passions for photography and writing. Her photography has shown in galleries in New York.
